Light & Your Daily Rhythm

Sunlight Is the Original Health Tool.

Before any supplement, before any device, there is light. Getting outside in the morning — even for 10 to 20 minutes — helps set your body's internal clock. That clock controls your energy, your mood, your sleep, and a lot more. Outdoor light is far brighter than anything indoors, and your body knows the difference. It's one of the simplest, most free things you can do for your health.

My Recommended Products

These are the supplements and tools I personally find most useful and well-supported by research. I've rated each one based on the quality of the evidence, the quality of the product, and how easy it is to use in real life.

Essential Amino Acid Complex
Amino Acids & Muscle RecoveryWell Researched

Essential Amino Acid Complex

9.5/ 10 evidence score

Amino acids help your body repair and build muscle, especially after exercise. A good EAA product should show you exactly how much of each amino acid is in it — no hidden blends. Look for one that's been tested by a third party for quality and purity.

Methylated Multivitamin
Daily FoundationsWell Researched

Methylated Multivitamin

9.4/ 10 evidence score

Not all multivitamins are the same. Some use forms of vitamins and minerals that your body absorbs much better than others. A methylated multivitamin uses those better forms — which matters especially if your body has trouble processing certain B vitamins.

Magnesium Complex
Sleep & RestWell Researched

Magnesium Complex

9.2/ 10 evidence score

Magnesium is one of the most common nutrient gaps in adults, and it plays a big role in sleep quality. The glycinate form is gentle on the stomach and has good research behind it for helping you fall asleep faster and sleep more deeply.

NAD+ Precursor Supplement

9.1/ 10

NAD+ is something your body naturally produces less of as you age. Supplements like NR and NMN have been shown in studies to raise NAD+ levels. The long-term benefits are still being studied, but the early research is encouraging.

Red Light Therapy Panel

9.4/ 10

Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light that research shows can support energy, recovery, and skin health. The key thing to look for is the actual light output at the distance you'll use it — not just the total wattage on the box.

Focus & Memory Stack

8.8/ 10

Most focus supplements are more hype than substance. The ones I recommend have actually been tested in real people — not just in lab settings — and show real improvements in memory and mental sharpness. Caffeine-free so it won't mess with your sleep.

Mediterranean-style eating — simple, whole foods linked to healthy aging

Food & Healthy Aging

What You Eat Matters.

The Mediterranean way of eating is one of the most studied diets in the world when it comes to living a long, healthy life. It's not about any single superfood — it's about the overall pattern: olive oil, fish, vegetables, legumes, and whole grains. Research consistently links this style of eating to lower inflammation, better heart health, and a healthier gut. You don't need to be a scientist to eat this way. You just need to know what to put on your plate.

How I Rate Things

My Rating System

Research Quality

I look at whether something has been tested in real people — not just in animals or in a lab dish. Studies done on humans carry more weight. The more high-quality studies, the higher the rating.

Product Quality

A good ingredient in a poorly made product doesn't help anyone. I look at whether the product uses quality forms of each ingredient, whether it's been independently tested, and whether the label tells you exactly what's in it.

Some links on this site are affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission if you buy through them — at no extra cost to you. This never changes my rating. Products I don't earn anything from can still get my highest score.
